We are looking for a high caliber, multidimensional Senior Consultant(s) with the ability to evaluate, design, develop future plans and roadmaps, and support NOC migration, consolidation, and “green field” builds. The qualified candidate(s) will demonstrate an understanding of current NOC tools and capabilities, joining that technical knowledge to a strong process background with ITIL and ETOM. The qualified candidate(s) will directly engage with Windward Clients to review current NOC operations and executive plans for new NOC Operations, providing gap analysis, recommendations, and roadmaps for success. The qualified candidate(s) will bring their extensive expertise to these clients as an expert in all aspects of the operation center including both technical and process expertise to advise them on maximizing success.

  • Leading requirements gather workshops with key client stakeholders
  • Determining existing processes and practices and evaluating those against industry best practice
  • Future state recommendations and roadmap development and delivery
  • Process alignment, gap analysis, and recommendations
  • Current state tools assessment and discovery
  • Technical tools gap analysis, recommendations, and roadmap for consolidation/decommission/new capabilities
  • 3 – 5 years ITIL and/or eTOM consulting experience
  • ITIL certification (min. foundation)
  • 5 – 7 years NOC architecture experience
  • Demonstrated familiarity with NOC operations and Tool sets (ticketing, monitoring, etc)
  • Multi-domain experience in at least 3 NOC applicable areas (Service Assurance, Monitoring, Ticketing, Automation, Analytics, Capacity, etc)
  • 7+ years IT consulting experience
